Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this latest document drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a key identifying different areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
